The Music Saves Lives Gibson Guitar Auction is set to feature 4 one of a kind 2009 Gibson Guitars.  Three of the Gibson Guitars have custom graphic.  Tom DeLonge from Blink 182 signed the “So So Happy” designed Gibson Guitar recently at the only US Blink 182 show in 2011.  The band Rise Against signed a one of a kind Chantal De Felice designed Gibson Guitar and the band Thrice signed a unique carved whale designed Gibson from the artist Mike Oncley.  The band Neon Trees signed this Gibson Guitar donated by Guitar Center at a very special Music Saves Lives Las Vegas benefit.   Each band supports Music Saves Lives to raise funds for life saving causes that help increase the nation’s safe Blood Supply and Marrow Registry.   Kevin Lyman, founder of the Vans Warped Tour, Taste of Chaos, Country Throwdown and Mayhem Festival, started the foundation ‘Unite the United’, where proceeds from eBay auctions benefit selected nonprofits.  Music Saves Lives has been selected for this unique eBay fundraising.
The summer of 2010 is the fifth summer Music Saves Lives has been supported by the Vans Warped Tour to educate and encourage blood donation.  This program has generated over 100,000 blood donations this summer and over 1 million in the past 5 years and it is the largest youth blood donation program in US history.  These caring bands have all been active in giving back every chance they have and this Unite the United special Holiday eBay Auction will raise the needed funds to carry on the vital work that Music Saves Lives does every day.

Music Saves Lives® is the bridge between music, entertainment and important life-saving causes has partnered with one of the nations biggest concert event this year.  Monster Energy, a supporter of Music Saves Lives for the past 6 years, has invited us out to encourage life saving opportunities, and offer up a VIP experience to supports that monetarily get behind our efforts.  Russel Hornbeek, director of MSL “This is our second year to be part of Epicenter.  Its great to see the bands and other sponsors support what we do.  Monster Energy has been part of saving thousands of lives over the last few years and their impact on the community stretches much deeper than an energy product on the shelf at your local market.”
If you’re a huge fan of KISS, Eminem, Rise Against, Bush, Blink 182, Papa Roach or 30 Seconds to Mars Music Saves Lives is offering a chance to go beyond VIP and receive an experience to remember, including a special gift bag of surprises.  Unite the United, a foundation started by Kevin Lyman of the Vans Warped Tour, is offering several VIP EBay auctions for the Music Saves Lives / Epicenter VIP experience.  All donations will help in our “Bring Life On-Line” campaign to register youth for the national marrow program.
